  • The check-in portal requires an internet connection. You can use a wired connection (DSL, Cable/Coax, or Fiber), a Satellite internet provider, or even a Cellular hotspot.
  • The No Check-In Plan or Small HOA recommended solution is designed for pools without internet or computers.  No internet required.

Yes. We recommend a 4G or higher connection, but 3G can work (a little slower) with a strong signal.
