The system worked well for us. Through the Application Portal, I was able to see who submitted applications and I was able to approve their passes with a few clicks. Assess Granted Systems also collected signed Covid waivers and signed Pool Rules. Copies of the signed waivers and rules were sent to my inbox. The pool passes were sent to the homeowners quickly and uploading photos was very easy for the homeowners.

For a fraction of the cost of the other systems, we were able to implement a robust member management system that is convenient, reliable and cloud based. I was even able to check in with our pool managers and update our records in minutes, from my cell phone, while out of state. The system paid for itself in our first week of operation, and thanks to the elimination of fraud and better tracking of sales our guest member revenues were more than double what we had expected. On top of that, customer support is prompt and helpful, and the system is frequently updated. I would highly recommend this product to other pool club managers.
After five years of fundraising and restorations, we were thrilled to re-open our community pool to the public in 2018.
