How Rose Garden Uses Access Granted Systems

Need #1

Access Granted Systems creates a custom pool application for Rose Garden. This includes emergency contact name and number for all members. Not just members 12-17 years old.

Need #2

Rose Garden’s property manager verifies each household. Approves households current on their assessments and places households on hold if they are behind. Access Granted System’s application portal sends custom approval messages or hold messages to keep residents informed.

Need #3

If an account becomes past due, Rose Garden’s property manager or board can suspend or activate a household anytime.

Need #4

Rose Garden uses family check-in. Not only is this faster (need #7), but ages are displayed to ensure children are accompanied by a patron 16 years old or older.

Need #5

Rose Gardens allows guests for free but limits guests to two (2) per household per day.  They utilize Access Granted System’s virtual guest pass feature. Two (2) guest passes are added to each household, then they reset each night.

Need #6

Rose Garden’s utilizes the Guest Registrar. When a gate attendant uses a guest pass, they write the guest’s name or any other information. This is then recorded in the log (sign in sheet) along with the resident’s name, household, and number of guests.

Need #7

Rose Garden issues ePasses. Passes residents can store on there smartphone, show the gate attendant for fast and easy check-in.

Need #8

Rose Gardens uses Access Granted Systems check-in software to keep accurate resident and guest statistics.
